Pettiti Giuseppe, an Italian company specialized in the production of sliding systems for interior doors, offers a new line of sliding doors. The MiniSilent line was created to provide a valid tool to those who need to move linearly doors for furniture or lightweight panels.
The strengths of this line of sliding are multiple. The main one is the simplicity of installation. Both the trolleys and the upper rails are housed in niches made in the inside of the door with a single 35 mm diameter cutter, a universal size well known to the wood professionals who work in the field of furniture. The assembly and removal of the door from its sliding seat are facilitated thanks to the quick release spring mechanism of the upper guide, which allows to retract the guide pin, disengaging the door, acting with the fingers on its slider spring . Height adjustment is also facilitated, as the central ring nut on the carriages is rotated with the fingers, allowing adjustment up to 3.5 mm.

This adjustment can easily be carried out even without the direct view on the trolley and therefore it is no longer necessary to resort to awkward maneuvers inside the furniture compartment, or to tools such as screwdrivers or fixed spanners. The ball bearing in the wheels ensures smooth and silent movement; noiselessness also guaranteed by the coupling of nylon-track wheels in aluminum.
The MiniSilent system can be used for doors with a maximum weight of 50 kg and ensures excellent glide appearance, as most of the hardware used is hidden inside the door.
