Where should the condominium mailboxes be placed?
The law is clear: the boxes must be positioned at the border of the property, along the road or in any case in a freely accessible place.
The condominium mailboxes inserted in the hallways (defended against adverse weather and vandalism) are not positioned in an easily accessible place. So, unless agreed with the post office, this is not the right place to put the condominium records .
If you live in an apartment building, you will already know that the place freely accessible from the street is obviously the common area.
It is the responsibility of the condominium administrator to coordinate the assembly in order to define together the right space where to insert the condominium mailboxes. The place must be accessible in a simple way and should respect the architectural decor of the structure.
Finally, we remind you that by law the name of the holder or of the person using the condominium box must be indicated.

Trasferiti in una zona piena di zanzare, ci siamo affidati a Windowo. Ci è stata consigliata la zanzariera Neoscenica Bettio.U na scelta più impegnativa dal punto di vista economico ma decisamente superiore in termini qualitativi. Devo dire che le aspettative non solo sono state confermate ma superate. OTTIMO !!!
