Where should the condominium mailboxes be placed?
The law is clear: the boxes must be positioned at the border of the property, along the road or in any case in a freely accessible place.
The condominium mailboxes inserted in the hallways (defended against adverse weather and vandalism) are not positioned in an easily accessible place. So, unless agreed with the post office, this is not the right place to put the condominium records .
