Hood with activated carbon and LED lights in stainless steel

The hood with activated carbon and LED lights is equipped with a LED Strips lighting system and activated carbon filters that can purify the air very effectively. In fact, activated carbon has a very particular power: that of retaining dirt and impurities. Thus the air is reintroduced into the sanitized and refreshed environment.

The activated carbon hoods with LED lights in the self-suction wall-mounted and Mini Snack models are hoods from the respective series to which an additional filtering septum has been added consisting of a class G2 synthetic material filter and a filter containing activated vegetable carbon type " CARBOFIL AGC” in the AG version, in addition to the stainless steel filter with microstriated mesh.

The self-extracting hoods with activated carbon set up in this way give good results in reducing fumes and odors (about 70%) where for various reasons it is not possible to evacuate the fumes produced by the hobs in the traditional way. The absorption capacity of substances in the gaseous state by activated vegetable carbon is determined by the temperature, by the relative humidity of the air and by the speed of passage of the latter.

In order to optimize this equipment, it is advisable that the conditions of use do not exceed temperatures of 50-60° C with a relative humidity of 70-75%. The efficiency of the activated carbons is measured with a benzene index system of 21g/100g, CCL index > 35%.

However, it will always be good practice to channel the hood to prevent the untreated part of the air from being introduced into the work environment .

Hood with activated carbon and LED lights in stainless steel - construction features:

• The particular profile makes it ideal for cooking blocks with a depth of 60-70-90 cm, positioned against the wall;
• Construction in AISI 430, Scotch-Brite satin finish. Fully edged, even in the internal parts;
• Assembled by electro-welding;
• Perimeter condensate collection channel. Terminal block capacitor in IP 55 box;
• Special executions (execution in AISI 304, assembly by welding) on request.

Supplied with the hood with activated carbon and stainless steel LED lights:

• Triple filtering septum composed of Metal Mesh Filter + Acrylic Filter + Activated Carbon Filter;
• Centrifugal electric fan 220V single-phase 50/60Hz;
• 1/2 condensate drain;
• LED Strip lighting;
• Fixing bars;
• Certifications relating to Activated Carbon.
