How to take the measures of the shutters?

Replacement of an existing roller shutter: you can take the measurement of the old roller shutter.
For new installations, according to the guides, the necessary tolerances must be taken.

What is included in the shutters?
Roll-up cloth, terminal (the last stick) and caps.

What are the delivery times?

Structural scratch-resistant 30 gloss matt varnish. Smooth semi-gloss slats.

LIGHT CONTROL
The slats are normally positioned at an angle for optimum protection from the sun and privacy. With horizontal louvers maximum light, with completely closed louvers, good level of darkening.

MOTORIZATION
The motor allows the adjustment of the slats in complete relaxation and comfort.

VARIETY OF COLORS
We have a standard color collection on request we can supply a complete RAL range.

MATERIAL QUALITY
Step terylene, fixed to the slats by steel staples, lifting texband treated for outdoor against atmospheric aggression, orientation terylene covered in kevlar.

OPTIONAL - SELF-SUPPORTING GUIDES
The self-supporting guides avoid the upper fixing of the box supports on the external insulation, avoiding the thermal bridge.

REED GUIDE PINS
Sliding pins in guide in zamak treated against UV rays.
The pins are mounted alternately on the right and left for maximum flexibility of the fabric in case of wind.

TEXBAND PASS HOLE
The 7mm diameter hole with hemmed finish protects the texband during the ascent and descent of the slats from any interference or abrasions that could damage it. The size of the texband of 6 x 0.33 mm almost completely covers the hole avoiding the entry of direct light.

GUIDE IN STAINLESS CABLE
Stainless steel cable guide Ø 3 with braid covered in plastic material, resistant to UV rays.

STAINLESS STEEL CLIPS
The stainless steel staples guarantee inalterability over time and correct folding of the terylene ladder, furthermore it facilitates the replacement of the terylene ladder during maintenance thanks to the special conformation that allows it.

CABLE TENSIONER FOR GUIDE
Chrome-plated brass cable tensioner composed of two parts: one fixed to the floor, the other mobile.

R. Ciao Giuseppe, per avere un prezzo di massima ci sono le tabelle che trovi nella scheda. Le tabelle non sono un prezzo frangisole in alluminio definitivo. Per quello devi chiederci un preventivo. Per poter calcolare il preventivo frangisole in alluminio con corda dobbiamo sapere queste misure in millimetri: HA = Altezza Architettonica; HI = Altezza Impacchettamento; HT= Altezza Totale; LT = Larghezza Totale.
