FUNCTIONS - Giesse Flash XL hinge
- Contrasting hinge for doors to be applied in the channel.
- Adjustable in two directions with the door installed.
TECHNICAL FEATURES - Giesse Flash XL hinge
- Hinge suitable for doors subject to frequent use (category of use 4* - heavy use) with high resistance to fatigue and wear (durability grade 7* - 200,000 test cycles).
- The fixing plates, with a special shape, guarantee maximum sealing on both sides of the profile channel.
- The removable pin allows you to remove the leaf without lifting it (e.g. installations in confined spaces).
Adjustments in two directions with the door installed:
- Lateral adjustment (±1 mm) by acting on the eccentric bushing of the sash hinge, using the special key art. 03900.
- Height adjustment (-2/+4 mm) by means of the sash lifting block (art. 00570 - sold separately), to be positioned in correspondence with the upper hinge on the sash side.

MATERIALS - Giesse Flash XL zipper
- Hinge:
- Bodies in extruded aluminium;
- Ø10 pin, fixing plates, screws and grub screw in stainless steel;
- Eccentric bushing and washer in acetal resin;
- Cap in polyamide;
- Lifting block:
- Black oxidized extruded aluminum block;
- Stainless steel M8 fixing screws and grub screw.

- 120 Kg with 3 hinges.
